Individual Session
1 hour - £50
1:1 sessions for adults, teenagers and children, either in person or online. This fee also applies to SandStory sessions.*
Student Session
1 hour - £40
1:1 sessions for student counsellors or those studying a related field, in person or online. If these are a required element of your course, please contact me to discuss.
45-minute initial consultation
FREE
An initial session where we will get to know one another and talk about how therapy might help you. In person or online. There is no obligation to book further sessions and all information will remain confidential.
My working days are:

*If you are seeking therapy for your child and wish to 'sit in' on their first session, I encourage this for the first 20 minutes whilst we get to know one another.
Please note, online sessions are not suitable for children under 13, or SandStory® work.
Cancellations/rescheduling must be made with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, otherwise you may be charged the full price of the session.
